Jessica completed a Bachelor of Commerce and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting at The University of Queensland, and later qualified as a CPA. Before helping establish Rochedale Family Practice in 2008, she worked as an accountant with Deloitte and Ernst & Young.
As Practice Director, Jessica supports doctors, nurses, and administration staff across every part of the business outside direct patient care. Her work spans practice operations, team coordination, payroll, and the financial oversight that helps the practice run smoothly day to day.
She helps keep the business well organised, financially sound, and positioned for steady growth, so the clinical team can stay focused on caring for patients and families.
