Dr Adam Davey

Dr Adam Davey completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Science before going on to study medicine at the University of Queensland, giving him a strong foundation in both clinical care and long-term health promotion.

He is currently undertaking GP training and is seeking to build broad, well-rounded experience across the full scope of general practice.

His clinical style is collaborative, clear, and patient-centred, with a strong emphasis on careful assessment, accurate diagnosis, and practical treatment planning.

He values strong doctor-patient relationships and aims to help patients better understand their health, treatment options, and the lifestyle factors that can support long-term wellbeing.

Before entering general practice, Dr Davey worked as an Intern and Resident Medical Officer with Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service, completing rotations in general medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, geriatric medicine, paediatrics, emergency medicine, mental health, general surgery, orthopaedics, and anaesthetics.

He later worked as a locum Resident Medical Officer across Australia in areas including general medicine, palliative care, geriatric medicine, rheumatology, and emergency medicine, and has continued his GP training in registrar roles in Brisbane since 2024.
